• Delivery within Alexandria is available within 24 hours for a fixed fee of EGP 50, with the option to open the shipment and receive part of the order.
• Pick-up from Bino Kids branches in Alexandria and Damanhour is available within 24 hours with no shipping fees.
• Shipping is available to all governorates via Aramex. The shipment cannot be opened before receipt, and Bino Kids covers part of the shipping fees.
• 99% of orders are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation, with a maximum of 72 hours in some cases.
• Available payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, or Vodafone Cash.
• Orders can be placed through the app, website, Facebook, or WhatsApp, and tracked through the “My Orders” section.
• Percentage discounts are applied automatically, while quantity offers appear after updating the order in “My Orders.” Learn more

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected, using the original payment method or Vodafone Cash, depending on the shipping method.
• Returns or exchanges through our branches do not require shipping fees.
