Shipping & Delivery
- We offer several delivery methods across Egypt, with fast delivery and flexible payment options.
- Delivery within Alexandria is available within 24 hours for a fixed fee of EGP 50, with the option to open the shipment and receive part of the order.
- Pick-up from Bino Kids branches in Alexandria and Damanhour is available within 24 hours with no shipping fees.
- Shipping is available to all governorates via Aramex. The shipment cannot be opened before receipt, and Bino Kids covers part of the shipping fees.
- 99% of orders are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation, with a maximum of 72 hours in some cases.
- Available payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, or Vodafone Cash.
- Orders can be placed through the app, website, Facebook, or WhatsApp, and tracked through the “My Orders” section.
- Percentage discounts are applied automatically, while quantity offers appear after updating the order in “My Orders.” Learn more
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected, using the original payment method or Vodafone Cash, depending on the shipping method.
- Returns or exchanges through our branches do not require shipping fees.
