Delivery Methods

Bino Courier: Available within Alexandria with a fixed shipping fee of 50 EGP, with delivery within 24 hours. Customers can open the shipment upon delivery and receive part of their order. Payment options include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Meeza Card, or Vodafone Cash.

Bino Branches: Available in Alexandria and Damanhour. Customers can pick up their orders directly from the branch without any shipping fees within 24 hours, inspect the product, and receive part of the order. Payment options are the same as above.
- Aramex: Delivery is available nationwide. Shipments cannot be opened before delivery. Payment options include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Meeza Card, or Vodafone Cash. Bino Kids covers part of the shipping costs to ensure customer satisfaction.

99% of orders are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Some orders may require additional time, up to a maximum of 72 hours.
Working Hours and Ordering Method

Customer service is available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with availability outside these hours upon request.

Orders can be placed via the Bino Kids app, website, Facebook page, or WhatsApp. Customers are contacted to confirm sizes and items before the order is prepared.

Orders are prepared and the customer is notified of the expected delivery date. Orders can be tracked through the “My Orders” section.

Discounts are applied automatically for percentage-based promotions.

For special offers based on the number of items, the sales representative manually applies the discount, which will appear in the “My Orders” section after the update.
