We always aim to meet your expectations, and therefore, we have implemented a fair and flexible policy for exchanges and returns.
If there is a difference in size due to the customer's choice or a change in the order, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping costs for the return and replacement.
If there is a defect, an item sent by mistake, or an unwanted size, Pino Kids will cover all expenses until delivering the correct order as quickly as possible.
General rules :
- The allowable period for returns or exchanges does not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product should be in its original condition and unused.
- The refund of the order value will be processed after we receive the product and confirm that it is in the same original condition and unused. If the shipment is done through binokids representative or one of our branches, the refund will be made using the same payment method. However, if the shipment is done through Aramex, the refund will be processed through Vodafone Cash or your respective payment cards. This process is handled by the dedicated management team.
- You will be notified by our sales team with a special waybill through Aramex. Two copies will be printed, and the team will be informed of the printing to guide the representative to you. The representative will collect the items to be exchanged or returned.
- Exchanges or returns can be made at our branches without any shipping charges. It should be done within the specified time period and using the same payment method used during the purchase.
